Stewards are pivotal part of the hospitality staff in any kind of hospitality organization. Stewards do all kinds of hospitality jobs, such as serving lunch, breakfast and dinner. They could also be doing anything from cleaning the Guests’, or Officers' cabins to cleaning the bathrooms, or taking care of laundry, and so on. Basically, the job is to help the guests or Officers with whatever they need because of the importance of their jobs. Officers have large responsibilities and can often work odd hours, so they don't have time to take care of the more everyday things - that's up to the stewards.
